Being on a MYPE payroll **DEALER ADMINISTRATOR FOR FOOD CONCESSION / CALLAO** At Bocasion, we have spent over 10 years creating unique experiences in food concessions, restaurants, and events. If you are a professional passionate about gastronomy and operational management, this is your opportunity to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and management of operational staff. * Ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices and hygiene standards at the facility. * Coordination with clients and handling of suggestions/complaints. * Supervision of events and special services (breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, etc.). * Stock verification and supply reporting. * Waste control and reduction. * Billing and revenue management. * Supervision of customer service at the facility. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator in food concessions, restaurants, cafeterias, or dining halls (Mandatory). * Graduate in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Nutrition, Food Industries, or related fields. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Residence in areas adjacent to Callao**.** **We Offer:** * Being on a MYPE payroll * 100% covered meals * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Career development and growth opportunities. * Rotating days off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please indicate your salary expectation. * Provide your current phone number and WhatsApp number. * In which district do you currently reside?
