




Job Summary: We are seeking an Event Production and Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute BTL activations, overseeing on-site setup, dismantling, and execution. On-site supervision of setup and execution We are **Impulsart Group S.A.C.** We are looking for an **Event Production and Logistics Manager**, who will join our business unit Impulsart Prime, specializing in BTL activations and projects. **Responsibilities:** . Plan, coordinate, and execute events and BTL activations. . Conduct technical site visits and take measurements. . Develop event layouts and operational proposals. . Supervise on-site setup, dismantling, and execution. . Prepare reports, control charts, and tracking sheets in Excel. . Support administrative management (purchase orders, payments, and internal coordination). **Requirements:** . Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields. . Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level). . Availability for on-site work and overtime. . Experience in operational and logistical coordination. **Working Conditions:** . Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. . Work location: Villa María del Triunfo (Tablada de Lurín) and on-site locations.
