Collaboration in budget management and procurement. **Work Location:** Chosica **Work Modality:** On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm **Responsibilities:** **PERFORM MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS, AND SANITARY FACILITIES AT SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGES PERU.** 1\. Design and implement preventive maintenance plans and track repairs for electrical installations, carpentry work, sanitary work, masonry work, plumbing work, among others. 2\. Maintain order and cleanliness of facilities as appropriate. 3\. Prioritize maintenance requests that may pose risks or incur higher costs to the organization. 4\. Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, or other items necessary for maintenance tasks. 5\. Assist in preparing the maintenance and minor investment budget. 6\. Support supervision and monitoring of maintenance work performed by suppliers. 7\. Keep the maintenance warehouse inventory ledger up to date. 8\. Support administrative activities consistent with job responsibilities. 9\. Other responsibilities related to the position’s mission as assigned by the Program Director. **Requirements:** Basic Education: * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in maintenance (electricity, plumbing, masonry). * Preferred: Basic knowledge of gardening.
