




Job Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Administrative Assistant with experience in administrative and marketing functions to manage accommodation operations and promotions. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of advertising campaigns and room cleaning We are "Residencial Suiza", located in Los Olivos, dedicated to providing accommodation services. We are looking for a Hotel Administrative Assistant with experience in administrative and marketing functions to perform the following duties: * Respond to inquiries via phone or WhatsApp. * Guest reception. * Collection and billing of accommodation fees paid by guests. * Supervise advertising and promotional campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Business). * Manage reservation channels: Airbnb, Booking, and others. * Coordinate and supervise room cleaning with assigned staff. * Other related tasks. Requirements: * Candidates aged 23 years or older. * Proficiency in managing reservations on Airbnb and Booking. * Work experience in hotels as a receptionist or administrative assistant. * Degree in Hotel Administration (mandatory). * Studies in Marketing. * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). * One day off per week. * Monthly salary: S/. 1,130 to S/. 1,400 Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
