Information Technology (IT) Assistant Callao \| On-site Work Mode Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement? We are currently looking for an Information Technology (IT) Assistant to join our team and contribute to the proper functioning of organizational systems, technological equipment, and processes. What will be your mission? Provide timely technical support to users, ensure operational continuity of technological resources, and actively participate in documenting and improving processes that enhance business efficiency. What will you do? * Handle user requests and incidents via Help Desk. * Provide technical support for computing equipment, software, and corporate systems. * Assist with basic hardware and software maintenance. * Support enterprise platforms such as SAP Business One, SAP BO, and other management tools. * Generate reports and indicators using data from corporate systems. * Participate in identifying, analyzing, and improving internal processes. * Develop and update procedures, instructions, templates, and process documentation. * Record incidents, implemented solutions, and improvement actions. * Coordinate with technology vendors when required. * Support compliance with information security policies and the Integrated Management System. What are we looking for? Education * Graduate technician, final-year student, or bachelor’s degree holder in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, Help Desk, or similar roles. * Experience in commercial, industrial, or service-oriented companies is desirable. Knowledge * Hardware and software technical support. * Incident management and user support. * ERP SAP Business One or similar systems. * Business Intelligence tools (SAP BO or others). * Microsoft applications. * Databases and report generation. * Process documentation and modeling. * Basic networking and operating systems. * Knowledge of continuous improvement is desirable. * Basic technical English is desirable.
