What are we looking for? Education * Graduate technician, final-year student, or bachelor’s degree holder in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, Help Desk, or similar roles. * Experience in commercial, industrial, or service-oriented companies is desirable. Knowledge * Hardware and software technical support. * Incident management and user support. * ERP SAP Business One or similar systems. * Business Intelligence tools (SAP BO or others). * Microsoft applications. * Databases and report generation. * Process documentation and modeling. * Basic networking and operating systems. * Knowledge of continuous improvement is desirable. * Basic technical English is desirable.
