BOCASION, a company specialized in food service, is currently seeking committed, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our workforce. **Available Positions** **Production Assistant \- Callao Branch** * **Fixed schedule:** 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Rest days:** Rotating * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,200 to S/ 1,400 **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform mise en place of cafeteria products. * Prepare sandwiches, triples, juices, and fruit and vegetable salads. * Operate griddles. * Portion, label, and store supplies. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support activities assigned by the administrator. **Kitchen Assistant – Callao Branch** * **Fixed schedule:** 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * **Rest days:** Rotating * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,300 to S/ 1,500 **Kitchen Assistant – UPC San Miguel Branch** * **Fixed schedule:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Rest days:** Sundays * **Remuneration:** S/ 1,200 to S/ 1,500 **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform mise en place and preparation of traditional Peruvian dishes. * Prepare sauces and other preparations according to established standards. * Organize, store, and manage supplies. * Portion and label products. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order. * Support responsibilities assigned by the administrator. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in food concessions (for kitchen positions). * Minimum 6 months of experience in food concessions (for kitchen and production assistant positions). * Immediate availability. * Valid Health Certificate for Food Handling, or currently in process. * Availability to work in Callao or San Miguel, depending on the position. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and commitment. **Benefits** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll. * 100% covered meals. * Bi-weekly payments. * Fixed shifts. * 50% benefits. * Opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
