INKA FISH, a restaurant specializing in marine and Creole cuisine, is looking for a responsible and proactive **Kitchen Assistant**, interested in developing professionally in the gastronomic field, to join its team at the **San Miguel** location. **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation following the chef’s instructions. * Perform mise en place and organize supplies for efficient service. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in kitchen areas. * Store supplies according to established internal procedures. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. * Support the kitchen team during service and assigned tasks. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in the San Miguel district. **Schedule** * 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Day off to be chosen between Monday and Thursday. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Meals provided during working hours. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
