




Position Summary: Supports kitchen operations including food and juice preparation and cleaning, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active collaboration in food preparation and plating. 2. Maintenance of high standards of hygiene and food safety. 3. Comprehensive support in the kitchen’s daily operations and juice area. KITCHEN ASSISTANT/JUICE BAR ATTENDANT * Chop, cut, peel, and portion ingredients according to the chef’s instructions. * Prepare basic components and assist in plating dishes. * Prepare fresh juices and beverages according to established recipes. * Keep the juice area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Wash dishes, cutlery, glasses, and utensils used during service. * Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and ensure utensils are available for operations. * Keep workspaces, cutting boards, tables, and equipment clean. * Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene protocols. * Notify the supervisor when supplies run low or when products nearing expiration are identified. * Organize supplies in refrigerated chambers and on shelves according to established order. * Assist the chef or head cook as required during service. * Comply with food safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
