Main Responsibilities: * Scheduling and monitoring of Occupational Medical Examinations (EMOs). * Storage of Occupational Medical Fitness Certificates (CAMOs). * Creation and archiving of EMO delivery records. * Tracking of EMO observations in SharePoint. * Updating records in the OneDrive platform. * Requesting and tracking EMO sheets from provider clinics. * Storing and updating confidential Occupational Health documentation. * Tracking, storing, and recording medical leaves for 2025. * Monitoring workers with respiratory symptoms, distributing masks, and tracking confirmed COVID\-19 cases. * Conducting active breaks (in-person and virtual). * Inspecting MIRACORP office first-aid kits. * Measuring blood pressure for identified staff members. * Preparing monthly bulletins with relevant health information. * Preparing monthly activity reports. * Monitoring compliance with Occupational Health programs. * Training emergency response teams. * Preparing and presenting monthly activity reports. * Supporting the occupational physician during internal and external audits. * Participating in external audits with clients.
