Job Summary: Plan, direct, and control procurement, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to optimize costs, timelines, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end logistics and procurement supply chain management. 2. Oversee supplier planning, negotiation, and management. 3. Optimize warehouse, transportation, and distribution processes. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, direct, and control activities related to procurement, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring timely supply of goods and services required by the company while optimizing costs, timelines, and quality in accordance with internal policies and customer/project requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop the Annual Procurement Plan. * Supervise quotation and supplier negotiation processes. * Manage supplier contracts. * Ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. * Coordinate import activities (where applicable). * Manage general services. * Monitor budget compliance. * Control assigned assets. * Supervise project procurement. * Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance departments. * Manage supplier tenders. * Approve logistics valuations. * Optimize dispatch routes and timelines. * Supervise valued inventories. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Business Administration. * 5 years of experience leading logistics departments. * Experience in mining, construction, hydrocarbons, or service companies. * Knowledge of Strategic Procurement. * Knowledge of Supply Chain Management. * Knowledge of Inventory Management. * Knowledge of Transportation. * Knowledge of Logistics Costs. * Supplier negotiation skills. * Logistics KPIs. * Advanced Excel and Power BI. * Experience managing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar). **BENEFITS:** **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 5000 * Working Hours \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Partnerships with cooperatives for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being. * ·Healthy work environment **Address**: Av.
