What do we require for this position? * Graduate, Maintenance Mechanic Technician, Industrial Electrician Technician, or related field. * Knowledge of electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, cladding, and welding. * Knowledge of apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. * Familiarity with INDECI regulations. What will be your main functions and responsibilities? * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair plumbing pipes, offices, and other facilities. * Use basic maintenance tools. * Handle electrical systems to address incidents occurring in offices, stores, and other locations. * Perform carpentry and locksmithing tasks. * Install or repair shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within the scope of your expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or possess knowledge regarding inspections.
