Job Summary: PJ Farma is seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Analyst to strengthen its social media presence and support commercial campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Propose and develop digital advertising campaigns PJ Farma, a modern and growing pharmacy in Lima, is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Analyst to help strengthen our social media presence and support the development of commercial campaigns. Main Responsibilities: \- Management and publication of social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business). \- Creation of graphic assets for promotions, campaigns, and pharmacy communications. \- Proposal and development of digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads). \- Support in brand positioning for PJ Farma. Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management. \- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads and social media advertising (preferred). \- Creativity, organization, and ability to produce engaging content. Working Conditions: \- Work Modality: On-site \- Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. \- Salary: S/ 1,800 \- S/2,000 per month, depending on experience. \- Positive work environment and growth opportunities.
