Job Summary: We are seeking an assertive and cooperative Music Teacher to prepare and deliver classes, maintain an organized learning environment, and support students’ development. Pleasant work environment **POSITION: MUSIC TEACHER** REQUIREMENTS: · In-person classes throughout the 2026 academic year Once per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. · Minimum 1 year of experience. · Laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection (in case of virtual work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Proficiency in using ICT tools to conduct online classes (in case of virtual work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Residence in areas adjacent to the Educational Institution (Breña, Cercado de Lima, Callao, San Miguel, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena) · Assertive, cooperative, responsible, punctual, and empathetic professional. · Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare classes considering students’ needs and adhering to the I.E.P.’s pedagogical model—proactive, empathetic, charismatic, and service-oriented. · Prepare class sessions and student worksheets according to institutional templates, as well as records, assessments, reports, etc. · Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. · Support and guide students’ work to foster development of expected competencies. · Propose and implement improvements to the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. · Participate in academic, training, recreational, and sports activities indicated by the I.E. · Maintain frequent, warm, and respectful communication with parents regarding students’ learning and development. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
