Occupational Clinic S\&M is looking for an **Occupational Nurse** to join our Operations Department, with experience in *Occupational Medical Surveillance*, *Occupational Health*, and management of *surveillance programs in companies*.
We seek an organized professional with leadership skills, management capability, and experience in occupational clinics and on-site occupational health program follow-up.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, licensed, registered with the nursing association, and authorized to practice (mandatory)
* Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health (mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medical Surveillance in industrial settings (mandatory)
* Experience in occupational clinics (desirable)
* Knowledge of occupational regulations, NIOSH, and OSHA (desirable)
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience in personnel management and leadership
* Preferably residing in areas near Callao\-Miraflores
**Responsibilities**
* Jointly implement the Annual Occupational Health Program with the Occupational Physician.
* Administer and safeguard occupational clinical records in accordance with current regulations.
* Review and approve occupational medical examinations, notifying results and fitness assessments to Management and SOMA while maintaining information confidentiality.
* Plan and conduct the reading, interpretation, and delivery of Entry, Periodic, and Exit Occupational Medical Examinations (EMOs).
* Identify occupational health conditions and monitor occupational medical surveillance programs.
* Supervise the documentation of observations identified during occupational medical evaluations.
* Support the Occupational Physician in tracking occupational diseases, workplace accidents, and labor reintegration.
* Participate in implementing the Medical Surveillance Plan and the Annual Occupational Health Report.
* Support occupational health training sessions for employees.
* Prepare and assist in monthly occupational monitoring and surveillance reports.
* Coordinate with medical, administrative, and operational departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Maintain control and records of materials required for operations.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Location**: Callao and Miraflores
**Compensation**: S/ 2,000\.00 (based on experience and professional profile)
