We are currently looking for an **On-site Community Manager** to join our team in **San Isidro**. **Responsibilities:** * Design social media content strategies aligned with the vision and style of Bless Spa. * Monitor, respond to, and manage community interactions in real time. * Propose and implement creative ideas to increase social media visibility and growth. * Create and adapt engaging content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), including graphics, videos, and text. * Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations. * Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience creating digital content for companies or personal channels. * Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere, Filmora, or similar). * Creativity and ability to use on-screen voice or voice-over in content. * Proven experience (please include links to previous work in your CV). **Work Location:** San Isidro **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Salary:** S/. 1400.00 per month **Immediate availability** **Apply by sending your CV to 922296973 and include:** * Links to completed projects. * Editing software you use.
