Job Summary: We are seeking Machine Tool Technicians and/or Production Technicians with experience in conventional parallel lathes and diverse part manufacturing. Key Points: 1. Manufacturing cylindrical and eccentric parts with minimal tolerances. 2. Threading of all types. 3. Applying dimensional control during the manufacturing process. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are a metallurgical-mechanical company seeking Machine Tool Technicians and/or Production Technicians. **REQUIREMENTS** Experience operating conventional parallel lathes and manufacturing diverse parts; ability to thread, center, face, and machine precision-tolerance cones in various materials (stainless steel, aluminum, Teflon, etc.). * Experience interpreting engineering drawings and reading blueprints. * Advanced knowledge of measurement using bore gauges and external/internal micrometers. * Minimum 02 years’ experience as a LATHE OPERATOR (Mandatory). * Availability to work in Huachipa. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manufacturing cylindrical, radial, concentric, and eccentric parts within minimal tolerances, including: * Manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic pistons. * Turning rods, cylinders, caps, pistons, and other components. * Threading of all types (Mandatory). * Polishing caps, cylinders, shafts, pistons, and others. * Applying dimensional control during the machining process of parts on the parallel lathe. * Internal cylinder grinding on lathe. * Metalizing process machining (optional). * Boring housings of various diameters on milling machine. **WORK SCHEDULE** * NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM; Saturday, 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM **BENEFITS** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Position type: Permanent Position type: Permanent Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,100.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
