With a commitment to efficiency and excellence, we leverage modern technology and experienced professionals to deliver responsive, reliable, and scalable management solutions. **Salary:** $1,000 \-$1,100 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Respond to maintenance requests through phone, text, email, and the company portal. * Assess and prioritize issues, assigning work orders to the right vendors or in\-house staff. * Coordinate and schedule repairs, ensuring contractors show up on time and are properly briefed. * Keep tenants updated during repairs and follow up to confirm the issue was resolved. * Share updates, photos, and tenant feedback with property owners. * Review, track, and process contractor invoices with accurate documentation. * Educate tenants on how to submit clear, complete requests with photos or videos. * Organize and consolidate work orders to improve scheduling and reduce service costs. * Monitor vendor performance and flag recurring issues or delays. * Assist with compliance tasks, such as scheduling inspections or tracking required repairs. * Maintain strong, proactive communication with property owners and tenants. **Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent phone handling and active listening abilities. * Ability to handle different personalities with patience and professionalism. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Proficiency in Buildium, and/or AppFolio (or similar property management software). * Highly organized and detail\-oriented. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 2\+ years of property management or maintenance coordination experience required. * Fluent in English (written and spoken) required. * High\-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) * Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar) **Physical Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm EST (1hr lunch) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,370\.00 \- S/.3,705\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * operations/admin: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
