Adherence to preparation standards Fuente de Soda – a growing sandwich shop – is looking for a part-time Frying Cook to cover the night shift at its location in San Miguel, Lima. Responsibilities: - Perform mise en place before opening hours - Keep the work area clean at all times - Handle and disinfect food appropriately - Carry out preparations according to established standards - Leave the work area clean and organized before closing hours Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (4 HOURS); Sunday: Off Salary: s/650.00 Requirements: - Must be of legal age (+18) - Prior experience in frying, hamburger preparation, juices, and à la carte dishes - Must reside in the district of San Miguel or nearby areas **Note: Only serious and genuinely interested candidates will be considered** Employment Type: Part-time Work Location: On-site employment
