Job Summary: We are looking for a pastry assistant to collaborate in food preparation and preservation, area maintenance, and utensil upkeep. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, kitchen, and utensils We are a leading Educational Organization in the sector and are currently seeking a pastry assistant for our Los Olivos branch: **Requirements**: * 6 months’ experience in similar positions * Completed secondary education * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate with the chef regarding the quantity of food to prepare. * Collaborate in preserving raw materials and kitchen-use products. * Unpack and store items in freezers and storage areas. * Keep your work area, kitchen, and utensils clean. * Maintain a valid Health Certificate and Food Handling Certification. * Perform other duties related to area management or any other tasks assigned.
