Position Summary: We are seeking a Personnel Selection and Management Supervisor to ensure the recruitment, assessment, hiring, and onboarding of Production personnel, guaranteeing operational continuity and a controlled work environment. Requires experience in mass recruitment and operational staff We are looking for a **Personnel Selection and Management Supervisor**, whose purpose is to ensure the recruitment, assessment, hiring, onboarding, follow-up, and comprehensive support of Production personnel, guaranteeing operational continuity, low turnover, labor discipline, and a controlled work environment, acting as the first filter and point of containment between operations and the HR department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Psychology graduate * Specialization in Organizational Psychology, Operational Staff Selection, or Basic Labor Legislation (preferred) * 3–5 years of experience in this role * Proven experience in mass recruitment and high-turnover environments * Direct experience managing operational staff (field/plant) * Basic–intermediate Excel skills * Preferred: residence in San Juan de Lurigancho **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection * Hiring and onboarding * Post-hiring supervision * Direct support to production workers * Basic training and development for staff * Monitoring, reporting, and performance indicators **COMPETENCIES:** * Strong character with high empathy * Clear, direct, and respectful communication * Stress tolerance * Ability to say NO when appropriate **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. **LOCATION:** San Juan de Lurigancho (2 blocks from Universidad César Vallejo) **MONTHLY SALARY:** S/. 1,800 Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
