




Job Summary: An environmental company is seeking an SSOMA Assistant / Prevention Specialist to support occupational health and safety management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the Annual SSOMA Program. 2. Organize and conduct inductions, trainings, and safety talks. 3. Manage and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation related to services. A well-established environmental company specializing in hazardous waste management requires an **SSOMA Assistant / Prevention Specialist** to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the Annual SSOMA Program. * Organize and conduct inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * Supervise and maintain control over the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to personnel. * Verify compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements (EMO, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Manage and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation related to services. * Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions. * Support safety inspections and preparation of technical reports. **Candidate Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current OHS legislation. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in Ventanilla. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **What We Offer:** * Salary between S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000, based on evaluation. * Formal employment registration. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development.
