Job Summary: Construction Coordinator for multifamily projects, responsible for production management, resource control, and field activity monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages production and ensures on-site strategy implementation. 2. Controls inventory, equipment, and materials to optimize resources. 3. Supports scheduling and supervises compliance with procedures. **Position:** Construction Coordinator (Production) **Profile:** High school graduate or holder of a degree in **ARCHITECTURE or CIVIL ENGINEERING** **Experience:** 6 months to 1+ years of experience **Requirement:** Prior work experience on multifamily projects **Responsibilities:** * Provide field information enabling precise scheduling adjustments. * Complete daily graphical control forms both in the field and in the production room. Alert about potential deviations. * Assist in generating the lifting plan. Notify restrictions applicable to your workfront. * Provide requested field information. Ensure implementation of the established strategy. * Maintain warehouse inventory control. Manage projected consumables data to forecast remaining storage material lifespan. * Generate (daily) reservations and adjustable allocations within the daily time slot assigned to each workfront. * Prepare requisitions for review. Track delivery of requested items. * Monitor equipment arrival and ensure proper, consistent usage. * Control equipment and material return dates, condition, and ensure correct return. * Support generation of the daily crane usage plan through daily information input and feedback. * Participate in meetings to support creation of daily deliverables as required. * Report location and crews assigned to various activities within your workfront. Ensure required working conditions and procedures are met. * Report any procedural deviations or poor performance by crews or specific personnel. * Provide feedback and support for monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling. Disseminate schedules across respective workfronts. * Conduct field follow-up on observations raised by Quality. Report disagreements based on tolerances.
