We seek a Receptionist aged 20–30 with a premium attitude—combining human warmth and a high service standard. **Your Mission** Be the first point of contact and the face of Smiling: transform anxiety into calmness and make every patient feel cared for, heard, and accompanied. Key Responsibilities: * Greet each patient by name with presence and friendly demeanor. * Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups (via WhatsApp/calls) using a concierge tone. * Maintain an immaculate reception area: order, attention to detail, and ambiance (music, scent, presentation, climate). * Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team and ensure punctuality. * Handle cash register/receipts and provide basic administrative support. **Ideal Profile** * **Not currently enrolled in studies** (neither in-person nor online). * **Experience** in the **dental field** (reception, dental assistant, or having studied dentistry or dental laboratory). * Excellent verbal and written communication (impeccable WhatsApp usage). * Professional appearance, warmth, empathy, and discretion. * Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly. * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, scheduling software, basic Excel). **We Offer** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Ongoing training in customer service and sales. * Professional and human-centered environment in a boutique clinic. * Hospitality protocol training. * Real opportunity for growth.
