Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage end-to-end talent attraction and assessment processes, coordinate job profiles, and ensure onboarding of new hires. Coordinates with department heads and ensures onboarding of new talent A leading General Services company is searching for top talent for the position of: **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Proficiency in interview techniques, projective tests, psychometric tests, and group dynamics. * Experience managing operational and administrative processes within the area. * Knowledge of operational, technical, and administrative job profiles. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms. * Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines. * Excellent writing, communication, and attention to detail. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full responsibility for the end-to-end Recruitment and Selection process: posting job advertisements, resume screening, interviews, and closing the process. * Social media management * Conducting competency-based interviews, semi-structured interviews, and critical incident interviews. * Administering and evaluating projective, psychometric, and group dynamic tests according to required profiles. * Preparing detailed and timely psychological–occupational reports. * Coordinating with requesting department heads to define and update job profiles. * Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring appropriate integration. * Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database and tracking each recruitment process. * Monitoring recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, early turnover, process effectiveness, etc.). * Participating in job fairs, partnerships, and talent attraction strategies. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and departmental objectives. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the General Regime * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **8:00 am to 6:00 pm**, and Saturdays, **9:00 am to 1:00 pm**. * Compensation commensurate with market standards and candidate experience.
