Responsibilities: * Recruitment and sourcing of candidates for operational positions * Conducting fieldwork in the Lurín area * Visiting recruitment locations in Lurín and surrounding areas * Activating new recruitment locations in the Lurín area Requirements: * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. * **Minimum 6 months’ experience** in **field recruitment** for mass positions. * Must reside in the Lurín area or in an easily accessible location.
