Excellent work environment **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a company specialized in telecommunications solutions for the mining and industrial sectors, is currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant**, who will provide support in attracting and selecting operational staff for nationwide projects. Responsibilities * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and technical positions. * Post job openings on job boards and various recruitment sources. * Conduct candidate hunting and proactive candidate sourcing. * Screen resumes and conduct telephone and competency-based interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department heads and track the selection process. * Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases. * Prepare progress reports on selection processes. * Coordinate assessments, medical examinations, and onboarding documentation. * Meet established time-to-fill targets. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience conducting large-scale recruitment and selection processes. * Experience recruiting operational staff in **telecommunications, mining, or related industries**. * Experience using job boards (Computrabajo, Bumeran, Indeed, LinkedIn, or others). * Experience conducting candidate hunting or proactive candidate sourcing. * Proficiency in ATS or candidate tracking platforms. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
