Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to manage client portfolios, acquire new sales points, and promote veterinary products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage client portfolio and acquire new sales points. 2. Promote and sell veterinary products through field visits. 3. Achieve monthly sales targets and conduct post-sales follow-up. **FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE / LIMA CITY DISTRICT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher education or incomplete studies in Veterinary Medicine, Chemistry, or related fields. (Preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales positions. * Experience in veterinary medicine or pharmaceutical products. * Basic Excel skills. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode: one day per week onsite in Lima City District, and the rest of the days in the field. * Availability to conduct commercial visits in assigned areas of Lima. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage client portfolio and acquire new sales points within the assigned area. * Conduct field visits to promote and sell veterinary products. * Achieve established monthly sales targets. * Register orders and activities in the company's ERP system. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and submit daily reports via WhatsApp. **BENEFITS:** * **Compensation**, competitive with market standards. * **Payroll type:** REMYPE payroll * **Commissions:** 3% for 80% of target achievement; 4% for 90% target achievement; 5% for 100% target achievement; and 5.5% for target achievement exceeding 105% (based on paid invoices excluding IGV) * 15 days of paid vacation. * **Transportation allowance:** 200 soles * **ESSALUD health insurance** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,700.00 per month Application questions: * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * What are your salary expectations? * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp number. * Specify your highest academic degree attained. * HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN VETERINARY MEDICINE OR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS? * DO YOU HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN A HYBRID MODE: ONE DAY PER WEEK ON-SITE IN LIMA CITY DISTRICT AND THE REST OF THE DAYS IN THE FIELD? * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9:00 A.M.
