Act promptly and appropriately to ensure customer safety The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **POOL LIFEGUARD.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain constant surveillance of users in the pool * Provide emergency assistance and treatment as needed until emergency medical services arrive * Ability to act promptly and appropriately to ensure customer safety in case of emergency * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times and uphold a high standard of user service **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Physical Education * Lifesaving or First Aid course (Mandatory) * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a lifeguard * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1500.00 * Full payroll registration, CTS, and 100% bonus * Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
