Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education. * Passion for inclusive teaching * Skills and knowledge in classroom management and routine implementation Qualities * **Patience, Empathy, and Resilience** * **Creativity** (Ability to adapt materials and activities to diverse needs). * **Cognitive Flexibility:** Capacity to adjust teaching methods in real time.
