Job Description: We are IZUH PERU, an importing and distribution company with a strong presence in the Peruvian market. We are currently looking to hire **2 experienced sales representatives**. **Work Location:** **Main store in San Miguel – Lima.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in B2C or B2B sales and customer service. * Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience in client acquisition and prospecting. * Availability to work in **San Miguel**, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of problem-solving. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Acquire new clients through continuous prospecting. * Conduct field visits to potential clients. * Perform consultative selling to build and maintain long-term relationships. * Support the development of commercial strategies for our services. * Advise clients according to their needs and the services we offer. * Gather information for preparing commercial proposals. * Follow up on proposals submitted to new clients. * Negotiate with clients and prepare related commercial closing documents. * Close sales both in-person and virtually. **Benefits:** * Continuous training and professional development. * **Base salary: S/.1,200.** * High commissions + performance-based bonuses. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Pleasant work environment and opportunities for career progression. * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll system from day one. * Brand discounts.
