Job Summary: We are seeking a 3G Welder to perform welding tasks, prepare materials, evaluate defects, and report incidents, contributing to the safe maintenance of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform basic welding tasks and prepare metal structures. 2. Evaluate materials with defects and carry out necessary corrections. 3. Report unsafe conditions to ensure safe service delivery. On behalf of our prestigious client, we are seeking top talent for the 3G WELDER position who meets the following profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional or technical studies in Welding or related fields. Must possess academic certification. * Valid 3G Welding Certification (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified 3G Welder. Must provide work certificates supporting this experience. * Availability to work in Callao from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform basic welding tasks. * Prepare materials or metal structures to be conditioned and welded. * Evaluate materials presenting defects or cracks to carry out necessary corrections within the specified timeframe. * Report daily incidents occurring inside the client's facilities. * Report unsafe conditions observed during service execution to the immediate supervisor so they may be addressed. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * 100% timely payments. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Mobility bonus. * Corporate discounts.
