Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Respond to technical incidents. * Carry out electrical and plumbing repairs. * Provide support in finishing and painting. Requirements: * Technician graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in buildings in general. * Knowledge in: Electricity, Plumbing, Painting, Locksmithing, Finishing.
