**Job Objective:** The Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Technician provides direct support in patient care by applying basic therapeutic techniques, massage therapy, and rehabilitation exercises under professional supervision. This role contributes to functional recovery and pain relief, ensuring a safe, humane, and patient-centered environment (**MORNING SHIFT**). **Key Responsibilities:** · Prepare the therapy area, equipment, supplies, and treatment tables before each session. · Assist in applying basic physical therapy techniques: massage therapy, ultrasound, among others. · Accompany and guide patients through therapeutic exercises, strengthening activities, and functional re-education. · Provide support in mobilizations, stretching, and manual techniques according to established protocols. · Document patient progress, treatment tolerance, and relevant observations. · Advise patients on complementary exercises, postural hygiene, and home care instructions. · Maintain rehabilitation equipment and materials organized and operational. · Strictly comply with biosafety, ergonomics, and hygiene standards. · Report clinical changes or unusual events to the supervising physical therapist. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Diploma in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation / Physical Therapy (completed). · **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, clinics, or hospitals (verifiable). · Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, massage therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. · Basic operation of therapeutic equipment (ultrasound, hot/cold packs, electrotherapy). · Additional training in massage therapy, first aid, or CPR (preferred). · **Morning shift schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Competencies:** · Empathy and service orientation. · Excellent interpersonal skills and patient communication abilities. · Organization, responsibility, and punctuality. · Teamwork. · Attention to detail and procedural care. · Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varying patient care rhythms. **Benefits:** Formal employment registration (MYPE regime) \* Mid-year and year-end bonuses at 50%: July and December \* Profit-sharing \* Vacation: 15 days per full year of service. \* National Health Insurance (EsSalud) \* Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR) \* Pension Fund: AFP/ONP \* Mandatory Life Insurance If you are interested or know someone who meets this profile, please send us your updated CV.
