Job Summary: We are seeking an installation technician for home-based cable TV, telephone, and internet services, with paid training and service assignments near your residential district. Assignment of services near your residential district. **What will you do?** Install and configure cable TV, telephone, and internet services at residential locations. If you have no experience in this field, we will train you. Training is also paid. We will assign services near your residential district. **Requirements:** * Valid A1 driver's license * If you do not hold an A1 license, you must own a motorcycle and possess all legally valid motorcycle documents * Age between 18 and 45 years **Benefits:** * Enrollment in the **full payroll system**, including all statutory benefits starting from the first day of training. * Base salary of 1300 * Average monthly production bonus of 1500 per installation completed during the month * Welcome bonus of 900 (300 for each of the first three months) * Monthly attendance bonus of 300 * 700 soles for motorcycle rental and fuel * If you do not own a motorcycle, we will assign you a vehicle to use for commuting from your residence to work. * **Continuous technical training starting from day one**, with opportunities to specialize as an installation technician, team leader, or supervisor. * Profit-sharing participation in March, approximately 1 to 1.5 times your monthly salary. * Paid training. * One-month salary gratification in July and December * CTS: one month's salary per year * Paid annual vacation of 30 days * Family allowance of 113 soles * Essalud health insurance covering employee, children, and spouse * SCTR insurance and Life Insurance under Peruvian law * Corporate benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one rotating rest day).
