Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Production Coordinator to manage the manufacturing process of sporty and elegant garments, including procurement of inputs and supplier follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Size grading and fabric consumption coordination 2. Procurement management of production inputs 3. Supplier follow-up and alternative proposal We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of sporty & elegant garments **Location: Cercado de Lima** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Coordinate with the pattern maker for size grading and fabric consumption \- Purchase materials (fabrics, zippers, buttons, etc.) related to production \- Monitor production progress with suppliers \- Propose new fabric and/or accessory alternatives \- Review and approve sewing prototype / sample \- Basic and intermediate sewing knowledge \- Perform other tasks delegated to the Coordinator **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical experience in production processes \- Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and two Saturdays per month from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \- Salary commensurate with market standards: PEN 1,500–1,800, negotiable depending on performance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per year Work Location: Onsite employment
