Job Summary: We are seeking a Topographic Technician to conduct surveys, layout works, calculations, and equipment maintenance for engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides technical assistance to the Coordinator Engineer and Resident Engineer We are currently looking for **01 TOPOGRAPHIC TECHNICIAN** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Civil Engineering or Technical Diploma in Topography for Building Layout * Minimum desirable experience of 06 months as a Topographic Technician or in similar positions * Availability to work in Callao during the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conducts topographic surveys, layout works, and engineering project layout works. * Performs calculations and graphical representations of topographic measurements. * Identifies suitable operational points for conducting topographic surveys. * Conducts land leveling and topographic measurements. * Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance of topographic equipment. * Provides technical assistance within their area of expertise to the Coordinator Engineer and Resident Engineer. * Reviews topographic drawings prepared by drafters and establishes relevant conditions. * Prepares monthly reports of activities performed. * Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to operational or support processes. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment from Day 1 with all statutory benefits (family allowance, CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc). ***Submit documented CV via WhatsApp to 905454618*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
