A prestigious industrial company is looking for an advisor with experience in valves and pumps. **FUNCTIONS** * Know and study the KSB product portfolio to provide solutions within the assigned market. * Identify assigned customers and key customers within the organization (purchasing, engineering, warehouse, service, instrumentation, etc.). * Map each customer, identifying key contacts within each department. * Plan weekly visits using the C4C tool correctly. * Identify customer needs, accurately interpret their requirements, and provide technical and commercial support. * Obtain quotation requests (technical details of the requirement, delivery timelines, competition). * Discuss the requirement with management (Sales Manager and Area Manager) and forward it to internal backup (with all necessary information for an accurate quotation), if applicable. * Follow up and provide feedback on the submitted quotation—if correct—or respond to queries regarding unclear or missing information. * Request purchase order submission and verify that the PO contains all correct information for Internal Sales to process it. * Conduct internal follow-up (OV/PO) to meet the deadline specified by the customer. * Deliver the final product to the customer: Ensure correct shipment and obtain customer validation to fulfill commitments and achieve high customer satisfaction. * Work on the installed base, monitor product performance, collect post-sales customer feedback, and manage account follow-up to ensure excellent customer service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or higher education (Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineer or Technician, or related field) * Intermediate English (spoken and written) * Knowledge of valves / pumps (fluids) * Knowledge of mining or industrial processes * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a technical sales representative in mining-sector companies in the southern region **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary * General Regime payroll * Performance bonuses (year-end) * Initial 6-month contract * 100% covered transportation * ESSALUD health insurance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * Willingness to work in Arequipa / Southern region of the country Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.8,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp. * Are you available to work in Arequipa? * How many years of experience do you have as a valve and pump advisor? * What is your level of English? * What are your salary expectations?
