We are looking for a creative, responsible, and proactive **Advertising Design Assistant**, with experience in graphic design and social media management. This position requires a candidate with technical skills, aesthetic sensibility, and organizational ability to support the creation of visual materials, social media management, and development of digital advertising campaigns. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **1 year of experience in this role**. * Experience as a **Community Manager** (mandatory). * Technical or university degree in **Graphic Design** or **Audiovisual Communication**, graduated or currently completing final cycles. * **Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.** * Knowledge of software for **graphic design, social media, photography, video editing, and website creation.** * Must reside in **Surco or nearby areas.** **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Punctual, responsible, and organized. * Proactive with strong sense of duty. * Ability to **work under pressure and meet deadlines.** * Excellent communication skills and **visual creativity.** * Positive attitude, **detail-oriented and service-focused.** * Quick learning ability and **adaptability.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Social media management and administration** (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). * Creation and design of **digital and print advertising** (banners, posters, brochures, flyers, etc.). * **Production and editing of promotional videos.** * **Content dissemination** across social media and digital platforms. * **Creation and maintenance of institutional websites and blogs.** * **Community Manager duties.** * Support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. * **Saturday:** 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * **Formal employment registration** with all statutory benefits. * **Certificate of employment** upon completion of the employment relationship. * **Continuous training** on digital tools. * **Dynamic and collaborative work environment.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience as a community manager? * Are you available to start immediately? * Based on your application, do you agree with the proposed schedule? * What are your salary expectations?
