Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Director with expertise in live streaming and real-time content production for a new digital channel, responsible for camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, animation creation, and technical coordination. We are a rapidly growing advertising agency and audiovisual production company. We seek an Audiovisual Director with experience in streaming and live content production to join our team in Miraflores. What will you do? \* Audiovisual production and direction for a new digital channel (podcasts, streaming, and digital content). \* Operation of cameras, lighting, and sound on recording sets. \* OBS operation and configuration for live broadcasts. \* Editing and post-production of recorded or live programs, including social media clips. \* Creation of animations, overlays, and motion graphics for streaming and audiovisual content. \* Technical coordination during recordings and broadcasts. \* Organization and backup of audiovisual materials. Requirements * Proficiency in OBS Studio and live streaming workflows. (MANDATORY) \* Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and knowledge of After Effects. \* Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual production, podcasting, or streaming. \* Experience in multi-camera editing and audio synchronization. \* Knowledge of Sony cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. \* Creativity, audiovisual judgment, and ability to work collaboratively. \* Experience in photography, live sessions, or live programming is a plus. Work Mode On-site – Miraflores Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays) Salary S/. 1,500 – S/. 2,000 Based on experience and skills. \* Payroll registration will begin from the third month.
