Ongoing training and team-based learning At Duo Marketer, a specialized content marketing and digital strategy agency, we seek a candidate passionate about video filming and editing who wishes to grow with us. **Responsibilities** Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, color correction, and basic motion graphics (in any of the aforementioned software). Filming content according to scripts and guidelines provided by the planning department. Supporting audiovisual production: cameras, lighting, sound, and filming logistics. **Hybrid work mode (70% remote, 30% on-site)** Participation in weekly and inter-day meetings to review progress. Openness to ongoing training and team-based learning. Requirements Solid knowledge of video filming, lighting, shot composition, and editing. Solid knowledge of camera operation (SONY or CANON). Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci. Organization, creativity, and willingness to work following guidelines and briefs. Proactivity and commitment to grow alongside the agency. Desirable experience in social media projects. Knowledge of storytelling techniques and creative concepts. Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Portfolio submission is mandatory.
