Continuous learning and team training At Duo Marketer, a specialized agency in content marketing and digital strategies, we are looking for a candidate passionate about video recording and editing who wants to grow with us. Responsibilities Video editing using CapCut and Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve. (The latter is not mandatory) Assisting in content shoots following scripts and guidelines from the planning department. Supporting audiovisual production: cameras, lighting, sound, and shoot logistics. Hybrid work mode (**75% remote**, 25% in-person) Participation in weekly and bi-daily meetings to review progress. Openness to ongoing training and team-based learning. Requirements Solid knowledge of video recording and editing. Solid knowledge of camera operation (SONY or CANON) Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, and DaVinci Organization, creativity, and willingness to work according to guidelines and briefs. Proactivity and commitment to grow alongside the agency. Desirable experience in social media projects (not mandatory). Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Starting salary: 1500 soles Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Martín de Porres, Lima
