Position Summary: We are seeking a creative Audiovisual Specialist with proven experience in producing and editing content for digital performance, focused on results. Key Highlights: 1. Drevdom is one of the business units of Norte Digital LATAM, specializing in commercial process optimization, digital marketing, and lead generation. We work with companies aiming to scale customer acquisition through integrated digital strategies, with a direct focus on business outcomes. We seek an audiovisual professional to serve as an AUDIOVISUAL SPECIALIST—creative-minded and results-driven—with proven experience in producing and editing performance-oriented digital content. RESPONSIBILITIES Video production and editing for digital campaigns (short and long formats). Photo editing and retouching (product, corporate, and advertising). On-location and/or studio audiovisual content recording. Adaptation of assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. Visual content optimization with a performance focus (CTR, retention, engagement). Organization and management of the audiovisual asset library. Collaborative work with marketing and media buying teams. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in video and photography editing. Proficiency in audiovisual editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar). Experience in professional camera operation and lighting setup. Experience producing content for social media and digital campaigns. Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables. An updated portfolio is mandatory. DESIRED Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Experience in performance marketing–oriented content. Basic audio skills (recording and cleanup). Experience in visual branding or art direction. CONDITIONS Full-time, in-person role. **Location:** San Miguel, Lima. Residence in Lima is mandatory.
