Positive work environment **Job Description:** We are looking for a creative audiovisual professional responsible for producing, editing, and developing visual content for our digital platforms. This person will play a key role in communicating our value proposition in an attractive, clear, and brand-identity-aligned manner. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and editing videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.) * Producing institutional and advertising audiovisual content * Editing pieces with a focus on storytelling and viewer retention * Supporting content planning alongside the marketing team * Managing lighting, audio, and framing during recordings * Adapting formats according to each digital platform * Optimizing content for performance (engagement, views) **Requirements:** * Experience in audiovisual production and editing * Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar * Knowledge of social media trends * Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines * Preferred: experience creating content for health or service brands **We Offer:** * Positive work environment * Professional growth opportunity * Participation in creative and strategic projects **Location:** Clínica San Sebastián – San Martín de Porres (at the intersection of Av.
