Excellent opportunity for visibility and professional portfolio enrichment. **Join the Soul Marketing Digital Team** We are looking for a charismatic, creative, and digitally passionate Content Creator to become the official face of our agency and of the partner brands we collaborate with. **Main Responsibilities** * **Brand Representation:** Serve as the primary on-screen presence and host in videos and audiovisual materials, both for our clients’ campaigns and for Soul Marketing Digital’s official channels. * **Service Promotion:** Communicate the agency’s services and added value persuasively, dynamically, and clearly. * **Creative Contribution:** Propose fresh ideas, scripts, and trending concepts for content creation on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * **Production Support:** Actively support the audiovisual team on filming days, collaborating on set dynamics and ensuring smooth content flow. **Requirements** * **On-Camera Presence:** Excellent on-camera presence, charisma, clear diction, and fluency of speech (zero stage fright). * **Digital Awareness:** Active social media user, capable of identifying viral audios, formats, and trends applicable to brands. * **Proactivity & Creativity:** Ability to improvise and transform basic concepts into compelling content pieces. * **Teamwork:** Collaborative attitude to integrate harmoniously with the audiovisual production team and agency strategists. * **Prior Experience:** (Optional but valued) Previous experience creating content independently or for third parties. **Benefits** * **Compensation:** Fixed monthly salary of S/ 1,200. * **Mobility:** Mobility bonus. * **Exposure & Networking:** Excellent opportunity for visibility as the face of multiple brands, enriching your professional portfolio. * **Work Environment:** Join a young, dynamic, and 100% creative team where your ideas will always be heard.
