We are not only looking for a video editor, but a knowledge facilitator. **Job Objective** Facilitate learning for our users and customers by creating instructional audiovisual materials, ensuring that the use of our digital tools is smooth, clear, and efficient. **1. Key Responsibilities** * **Video Tutorial Production:** Plan, script, record, and edit short and long videos explaining specific software functions. * **Technical Proficiency:** Develop in-depth understanding of internal systems to resolve questions and explain logical processes. * **Visual Documentation:** Create quick-reference guides, GIFs, or annotated screenshots to complement videos. * **Content Updates:** Keep the video library up-to-date with each new system update or enhancement. **2. Requirements and Technical Skills** For this workflow to succeed, the ideal candidate should be proficient in the following areas: * **Editing Software:** Proficiency with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. * **Screen Recording:** Experience with tools such as OBS Studio, Loom, or ScreenFlow. * **Systems Knowledge:** Ability to understand data flows, basic databases, or software logic (SaaS, ERPs, etc.). * **Communication:** Excellent diction, spelling, and ability to "translate" technical language into simple language for end users. **3.
