Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Content Creator to plan, develop, and produce audiovisual content aligned with the commercial and branding objectives of our brands. Key Highlights: 1. Developing creative concepts and scripts to boost platforms. ***Good day!,*** **GRUPO ARCE**, a company operating a nationwide chain of restobares, is looking to welcome a female candidate to join our team as a **DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR**, responsible for planning, developing, and producing audiovisual content aligned with the commercial and branding objectives of our brands. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Proven experience in creating social media content. (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of digital trends, storytelling, and content calendar development. * Familiarity with audiovisual production for digital platforms. * Availability to conduct visits to various sales locations. * Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut. * Ability to confidently engage with the public and create content on-site at commercial establishments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design content proposals aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and departmental objectives. * Prepare production calendars and weekly filming schedules. * Research industry trends, formats, audio clips, and references to adapt them to the brand’s identity. * Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and interactive formats to drive engagement and reach. * Continuously propose new content ideas aimed at enhancing social media positioning and growth. * Record and appear in content to promote TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. * Conduct scheduled visits to different locations to document products, experiences, events, and campaigns. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under Peru's Small Business Payroll System * Social benefits (bonus payments, CTS, vacation time) * Work location: Office / Field (visits to sales locations) * Full-time position * Salary: S/.1,200 * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
