The Lima Chamber of Commerce, a leading institution in the business sector with over 137 years of experience promoting the development of free enterprise, is seeking top talent to join our organization in the position of: DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST – COPECOH Trade Association **Requirements** * University degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; or technical training in graphic design/digital marketing. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. * Experience managing social media, email marketing, and institutional copywriting. * Basic knowledge of web platforms (CMS / WordPress preferred). **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with the association’s objectives. * Draft key messages and content for newsletters, press releases, social media, websites, and other digital channels. * Coordinate the production of graphic and audiovisual materials. * Manage relationships with media outlets and support the organization of institutional events. * Implement digital marketing campaigns and monitor their metrics. * Design graphic assets while maintaining the institution’s visual identity. * Foster internal communication and manage dissemination tools. * Update and maintain the contact and member database. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Hybrid work arrangement (on-site in Jesús María). * Opportunity to join a nationally recognized institution.
