Proposal of creative ideas for content generation. **MECORP** is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Creation professional to join our team. **Location:** Ate Vitarte **Requirements**: * Professional or graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Creative, proactive, and dynamic individual. * Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. * Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, CapCut, or others). * Experience managing corporate social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). * Knowledge of photography and visual content production. * Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create and design visual and audiovisual content (images, graphic assets, corporate materials, and videos) for social media and internal communications. * Manage and keep the company's digital content up to date (social media and website). * Coordinate visual content production according to company needs. * Maintain graphic consistency across all visual assets. * Propose and develop creative ideas for content generation. * Monitor and analyze social media results and metrics. * Support other area-related functions as required. **Working Hours and Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:35 p.m.). * Excellent working environment and collaborative teamwork. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
