We seek a creative, organized, proactive individual with strong visual judgment to support the production of institutional, academic, and promotional content. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete technical or university studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar tools. * Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Basic knowledge of AI tools applied to digital content (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI-assisted design tools). * Creative judgment and visual orientation. * Organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Residence in districts near Jesús María (desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design of graphic assets for institutional and academic campaigns. * Creation of flyers, posters, stories, reels, and promotional content. * Audiovisual recording and coverage of in-person events. * Editing of institutional, promotional, and academic videos. * Production of content for social media. * Creation of clips, summaries, and audiovisual pieces. * Support in planning digital marketing campaigns. * Coordination with internal departments for content gathering. * Organization of audiovisual files and graphic materials. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Good working environment. * Space for creative development. * Continuous learning and professional development.
