Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing, Communications, or Advertising professional to conceptualize creative ideas, lead audiovisual production, and manage digital campaigns and social media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop creative ideas and storytelling for collections and campaigns. 2. Lead the brand’s end-to-end audiovisual production. 3. Manage social media, online store, and optimize digital campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES * Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, copywriting, and storytelling for collections, campaigns, and product launches. * Lead the brand’s end-to-end audiovisual production (pre-production, filming, photo shoots, and digital content). * Plan and execute the content calendar for social media and the website. * Supervise and coordinate teams involved in photography, video, and content creation. * Analyze results, identify insights, and propose continuous improvements to campaigns and content. * Fully manage social media platforms and the online store (Shopify). * Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Monitor metrics and prepare KPI reports aligned with brand objectives. * Stay updated on fashion trends, digital content, and consumer behavior. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (experience in fashion or lifestyle is preferred). * Excellent writing, spelling, and storytelling skills. * Creative, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools (optional). * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in La Victoria. * Send CV to: administrador@backtomestore.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site
